Through Genethon and Atlantic Gene Therapies, the Institute of Biotherapies has platforms available which are capable of generating and collecting all the preclinical data which make it possible to evaluate efficacy, toxicity and adverse effects of a gene therapy product.
These platforms are located at both the Evry site (platforms for functional exploration, imaging, histology and cytology) and the animal experimentation center of Boisbonne at Nantes (under the direction of Oniris in collaboration with INSERM).
