Through Genethon and Atlantic Gene Therapies, the Institute of Biotherapies is developing applied research in vectorology (AAV and lentiviral vectors) which aims to improve the efficacy of these vectors as well as their capacity to be produced at large-scale.
The evaluation and control of immune responses is essential for the successful development of gene therapy products. Both structures have a platform for the production of pre-clinical viral vectors for the development of these innovative therapies.
